Return & Refund Policy

we understand that it
is possible to buy a product by mistake. For this
reason we will
refund you without hesitation any product that you will return to us, ( in its original
packaging and in perfect condition ), within 30 days
of the time
of
purchase.
A
product in perfect condition is a product that can be resold because it
is still in its original packaging and has not been opened.
At
ClicNature.com , a return is as easy as 1,2,3 !
- Put in a box the product(s)
to be returned (in its original packaging).
- Join a copy of your
invoice indicating clearly the product(s) being returned.
- Send the box to:

On the same day that we
receive your return, a credit for the value of the returned product(s) "Less
the Non-refundable fees indicated below" will
be issued to your credit card or a refund cheque will be sent to you (if the
original purchase was paid by cheque).
Don’t forget, only
products returned in
their original packaging
and unopened will be refunded.
The
original shipping fees are not refundable
What happens if I decide
to cancelled my order?

If the order isn’t already gone, your order will be cancelled. A
refund will be made less non-refundable fees indicated below. It will be
apply on your credit card.
2.
If the package has been already ship, it will be manage like you
got out of the store with your product. You have to return it to us. The
real transport fees that we had to pay to ship the product will not be
refundable. The transactions fees charged by InternetSecure has
indicated below will not be refundable.
Non-refundable
fees by InternetSecure:

4% of the total of the transaction.(Credit
card)
·
+0.90$ for the 2 transactions (buy &
refund).
·
+2.00$ for the refund management from
InternetSecure.
Example: If you buy
merchandise for 100$. There’s a credit fees of 4% (= 4.00$). There is a
transaction fee of 0.45$ for each transaction. This means that we have
to add another transaction for de refund, 0.90$. Additional to this, InternetSecure charge
2.00$ for each refund. When you add all those
non-refundable fees you have a total of 6.90$ on a transaction of
100.00$. (Don’t forget that the real fees for the transport are not
refundable too.
The difference between the total of
your bill less the total of the non-refundable fees will be apply to
your credit card. |
